THE STANDING BOARD OF THE LOC NINH WARD PEOPLE'S COUNCIL CONDUCTS THEMATIC SUPERVISION OF SECURITY AND ORDER WORK IN THE WARD

On 20 August 2026, the supervision delegation of the Standing Board of the People's Council of Loc Ninh Ward, led by comrade Le Cong Binh, member of the Standing Board of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the ward People's Council, conducted thematic supervision of security and order work in the locality at the Loc Ninh Ward Police.

The delegation included representatives of the Standing Board of the ward Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Boards of the ward People's Council, specialised divisions of the ward People's Committee and other relevant agencies and units. Receiving and working with the delegation were comrade Nguyen Van Khiem, member of the Standing Board of the Party Committee and Head of the Ward Police, together with the Deputy Heads of the Ward Police, the Command Board and officers in charge of the various fields.

At the supervision session, the delegation focused on assessing the results of security and order work in the ward from 1 July 2025 to 30 July 2026. The supervision focused on leadership, direction and organisation of implementation; ensuring political security, social order and safety; preventing and combating crime and legal violations; state management of security and order; building the All-People Movement for National Security Protection; and coordination between the Ward Police and relevant agencies, units and forces.

Through the supervision, the delegation noted that security and order work in the ward has recently received attention in leadership, direction and implementation, achieving many positive results. Political security, social order and safety have basically been maintained; work on grasping the situation, managing the area and preventing and combating crime and social evils has been strengthened. State management of residence, conditional business lines and trades relating to security and order, fire prevention and fighting, and traffic order and safety has been given due attention. The All-People Movement for National Security Protection continues to be maintained, promoting the role of the People in preventing, detecting and denouncing crime, helping to maintain security and order right from the grassroots level.

Speaking at the working session, comrade Le Cong Binh, member of the Standing Board of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the ward People's Council and Head of the supervision delegation, acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Ward Police in advising on and implementing the task of ensuring security and order in the locality. At the same time, the delegation discussed and clarified a number of difficulties and obstacles in the performance of tasks and in the coordination between the Ward Police and relevant agencies, units and forces.

On the basis of the supervision results, the delegation requested the Ward Police to continue building on the results achieved and to proactively overcome shortcomings and limitations; to improve the quality of work in grasping the situation, managing the area and preventing and combating crime and social evils; and to strengthen coordination among relevant agencies, units and forces in ensuring security and order. The delegation also recorded the difficulties, obstacles and recommendations of the Ward Police for consolidation, consideration and submission to the competent authorities for resolution in accordance with regulations.
