In order to practically respond to the special 500-day-and-night emulation movement “Solidarity - Discipline - Efficiency - Breakthrough, building a civilised and modern Dong Nai”; and to continue renewing its working methods, strengthening the relationship between People's Council deputies and voters and the People, and promoting the application of information technology and digital transformation in the operation of the local elected body, the People's Council of Loc Ninh Ward has deployed the “DIGITAL VOTER CONNECTION” model with the motto:
