At the conference, delegates were instructed by the ward's specialist officers in using online public services; and informed of the regulations relating to identity cards, VNeID electronic identification accounts and online residence services. In addition, participants were guided through the process of creating and updating electronic health records on the VNeID application; exchanged skills in communicating with and mobilising residents to take part in digital transformation; and received guidance on effectively using digital platforms as well as knowledge and skills for ensuring information security in the online environment.

Through the conference, members of the Community Digital Technology Teams improved their knowledge and skills for performing their tasks and promoted their role as the core force in communicating with and guiding residents to access and use digital services, thereby helping to promote digital transformation at the grassroots level. This is also a practical activity to effectively implement the 100-day campaign to create and update electronic health records on the VNeID application, working towards building a digital administration and digital society and improving the quality of service to the People in the ward.
