TRAINING ON THE USE OF THE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM, PAPERLESS MEETING SOFTWARE, THE PARTY MEMBER HANDBOOK AND 04 PARTY ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES IN THE ELECTRONIC ENVIRONMENT IN 2026

The conference was attended by secretaries, deputy secretaries, accountants and clerical officers of the Party cells and grassroots Party organisations under the ward Party Organisation, and by civil servants of the Party Building Board.

At the conference, leaders of the Party Committee Office presented and gave guidance on many important contents, including: an overview of the Party's administrative procedures and their implementation in the electronic environment; guidance on receiving and processing electronic documents on the Operations Management Information System; use of the Party Member Handbook; logging in, accessing documents and taking attendance on the paperless meeting software; guidance on submitting dossiers and processing the workflow for the 4 Party administrative procedures on the administrative procedure portal; and guidance on system administration.

In addition to presenting the professional content, the conference also allowed time for delegates to exchange views, discuss and resolve difficulties and obstacles, and receive guidance on handling situations arising during implementation.
