NATIONAL CONFERENCE TO STUDY AND IMPLEMENT THE RESOLUTION OF THE 3RD PLENUM OF THE 14TH PARTY CENTRAL COMMITTEE

On the morning of 29 July 2026, the Politburo and the Secretariat held a national conference to study, thoroughly grasp and implement the Resolution of the 3rd Plenum of the 14th Party Central Committee, held in person and connected online to bridging points nationwide.

At the Loc Ninh Ward bridging point, comrade Nguyen Gia Hoa, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the ward People's Council, chaired the conference. Also attending were members of the Standing Board and the Executive Committee of the ward Party Organisation; former local leaders over various periods; leaders of agencies and units, together with a large number of cadres and Party members in the ward.

At the conference, delegates studied and thoroughly grasped the key contents of the Resolution of the 3rd Plenum of the 14th Party Central Committee and the important conclusions of the Central Committee. The content focused on themes concerning renewing the country's development model; building and developing Vietnam into a strong maritime nation; building a disciplined, safe, civilised and developed society; the National Security Strategy; orientations for amending the Land Law and related laws; the conclusion on the socio-economic situation in the first six months and the tasks for the last six months of 2026; environmental protection and proactive response to climate change; continuing to perfect the organisational model of the political system and the two-level local government model; together with contents on amending and supplementing the Regulations on implementing the Party Statute and the Regulations on what Party members must not do.

Through the conference, cadres and Party members were updated on the core contents and new points in the Central Committee's resolutions and conclusions; thereby raising awareness and creating unity in thought and action, helping the Party's guidelines and resolutions quickly enter into life and meet the requirements of national development in the new period.
