SECRETARY OF THE PARTY COMMITTEE, DIRECTOR OF THE VBSP DONG NAI CITY BRANCH ATTENDS THE LOC NINH VBSP PARTY CELL MEETING

On 8 September 2026, the Loc Ninh VBSP Party Cell held its regular Party cell meeting for September. Attending and directing the meeting was comrade Le Ba Chuyen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Dong Nai City Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, together with representatives of the Party executive committee and all Party members of the Cell.

Overview of the Party cell meeting

At the meeting, the Party Cell reviewed the results of its tasks in August, discussed difficulties and shortcomings, and agreed on the key tasks for September 2026. These focus on carrying out political and ideological education effectively, raising the sense of responsibility and the observance of discipline among cadres and Party members; effectively implementing policy credit tasks in the locality; fulfilling credit plan targets, growing capital resources and mobilising deposits; recovering matured debts and controlling overdue debts and outstanding interest; improving the quality of the Savings and Credit Groups, and strengthening inspection and supervision of the use of loan capital.

In his directing remarks, comrade Le Ba Chuyen acknowledged the sense of responsibility and the serious preparation of the Party Cell; he asked the Cell to continue promoting its role as the political nucleus, maintain internal solidarity, improve the quality of its meetings and strictly observe the principle of democratic centralism. At the same time, Party building work must be linked with professional tasks; every cadre and Party member must uphold responsibility, discipline, order, public-service ethics and the responsibility to set an example.

He also asked the Party Cell to proactively coordinate with the local Party committee and authorities, the socio-political organisations entrusted with lending, and the Savings and Credit Groups in implementing policy credit, ensuring that capital reaches the right beneficiaries and is used effectively.

Receiving these directions, comrade Nguyen Duc Phong, Secretary of the Party Cell, Director of the Loc Ninh VBSP Transaction Office, identified the key tasks, solutions and the responsibility of each Party member in implementation, with a determination to successfully fulfil the assigned political and professional tasks, contributing to the effective implementation of social policy credit in the locality.

The direct attendance and guidance of the Branch leadership at Party cell meetings helps strengthen the leadership of the higher-level Party committee over the grassroots level, promptly grasp the situation, orient tasks and improve the quality of Party cell meetings, building the Loc Ninh VBSP Party Cell to be increasingly clean and strong.
