THE YOUTH UNION OF LOC NINH WARD TAKES PART IN THE AUGUST 2026 TRANSACTION SESSION OF THE BANK FOR SOCIAL POLICIES

Implementing its coordination programme with the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, in August 2026 the Youth Union of Loc Ninh Ward continued to effectively carry out the entrusted management of policy credit capital, creating conditions for union members, young people and residents to access preferential capital for study, economic development, job creation and stable livelihoods.

According to the results of the August 2026 transaction session, the capital managed by the ward Youth Union currently covers 380 borrowing households, with total outstanding loans of more than 18 billion VND. During the period, lending turnover reached 550 million VND, debt recovery turnover exceeded 128 million VND and interest collected exceeded 102 million VND.

In addition to managing the capital, the ward Youth Union regularly coordinates with the Bank for Social Policies, the Savings and Credit Groups and the quarter management boards to strengthen inspection and supervision and to monitor how borrowing households use their capital; while also stepping up communication and guidance so that residents use the capital for the right purposes and fully fulfil their obligations to repay principal and interest as prescribed.

Through the entrusted management of policy credit capital, many union members, young people and households have gained better conditions to invest in developing production and business, create jobs and increase their incomes, contributing to the effective implementation of poverty reduction and social welfare in the locality.

In the coming time, the Youth Union of Loc Ninh Ward will continue to promote its role in accompanying young people in accessing preferential capital, helping to support youth start-ups and career building, economic development and the ever-greater development of the home locality./.
