LOC NINH WARD: 01 BILLION VND FROM THE FARMERS' SUPPORT FUND DISBURSED FOR THE “BREEDING COW HUSBANDRY” PLAN

On the morning of 20 August 2026, the Farmers' Association of Dong Nai City, in coordination with the Farmers' Association of Loc Ninh Ward, held a programme to disburse capital from the Farmers' Support Fund for the “Breeding cow husbandry” plan.

Attending the programme were comrade Nguyen Van Giang, Vice Chairman in charge of the Farmers' Association of Dong Nai City; comrade Nguyen Bao Thai, Director of the Farmers' Support Fund of Dong Nai City; comrade Vo Van Khoe, member of the Standing Board of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Loc Ninh Ward; representatives of the ward Division of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs; the Standing Board of the ward Farmers' Association and the farmer members receiving the loans.

At the programme, the Farmers' Support Fund of Dong Nai City disbursed 01 billion VND to 10 farmer members to implement the “Breeding cow husbandry” plan. The capital helps create conditions for the households to invest in developing their herds, expand production, improve husbandry efficiency and gradually increase their incomes.

Speaking at the programme, comrade Nguyen Van Giang, Vice Chairman in charge of the Farmers' Association of Dong Nai City, emphasised that the Farmers' Support Fund is a practical resource accompanying members and farmers in developing production and building effective economic models. He asked the ward Farmers' Association to continue monitoring, managing and accompanying the borrowing households; and asked the households to use the capital for the right purposes, implement the plan properly, proactively learn from experience, apply technical advances in husbandry and fully fulfil their capital repayment obligations as prescribed.

The programme was also an opportunity for members to exchange experience, share practices and support one another in the husbandry process, helping to improve the efficiency of capital use and gradually form production models suited to actual local conditions.

The disbursement of capital from the Farmers' Support Fund helps create additional resources for members to develop their economies, raise incomes and stabilise their lives. Thereby, the Farmers' Association continues to promote its role in supporting members to develop production, build effective economic models and contribute to promoting the agricultural economy in Loc Ninh Ward./.
