LOC NINH WARD LAUNCHES THE “BREEDING COW HUSBANDRY” OCCUPATIONAL FARMERS' GROUP IN QUARTER 7

Attending the ceremony were comrade Vo Van Khoe, member of the Standing Board of the Party Committee and Chairman of the ward Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; members of the Standing Board of the ward Farmers' Association; comrade Mai Que Anh, Party Cell Secretary and Head of Quarter 7, together with representatives of the Party Cell executive committee, the Management Board, the Fatherland Front Working Board, the Quarter 7 Farmers' Sub-association and the members of the Group.

At the ceremony, the ward Farmers' Association announced the Decision establishing the occupational Farmers' Group “Breeding cow husbandry” in Quarter 7 with 11 members; appointing Mr Du Tu Hai as Group Leader and Mr Do Trong Quynh as Deputy Group Leader. The members agreed on the operating regulations and the direction of work in the coming time, and committed to promoting solidarity, supporting one another in developing husbandry and improving production efficiency and incomes.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Vo Van Khoe acknowledged and commended the ward Farmers' Association for proactively establishing the occupational Farmers' Group, helping to renew the content and working methods of the Association by bringing together members in the same occupation to link up for economic development. He asked the ward Farmers' Association to continue guiding and supporting the Group to operate in accordance with its regulations, and to create conditions for members to exchange experience, apply science and technology and build effective husbandry models. He also asked the Party Cell executive committee, the Management Board and the Fatherland Front Working Board of Quarter 7 to strengthen coordination and create favourable conditions for the Group to operate effectively, contributing to household economic development and the growing development of the residential area.

The launch of the occupational Farmers' Group “Breeding cow husbandry” in Quarter 7 is a practical activity concretising the policy of building occupational sub-associations and groups under the orientation of the Vietnam Farmers' Union. It creates conditions for members to link up in production, share experience and support one another in economic development, helping to improve the quality of the Association's activities and to effectively implement the movement of farmers emulating in good production and business in Loc Ninh Ward.
