LOC NINH RESPONDS TO THE WALKING PROGRAMME “MOVING FORWARD WITH VIETNAM”

Following the flag-raising ceremony, the flag salute, the singing of the national anthem and the opening ceremony held by the Central Organising Board directly at Ba Dinh Square in Hanoi, about 300 people - including leading cadres, civil servants, public employees, union and association members, the armed forces and residents of Loc Ninh Ward - took part in a 2 km walk along the central inner-ward road of Loc Ninh, in response to the 2026 walking programme “Moving forward with Vietnam”.

The walking programme “Moving forward with Vietnam” is held simultaneously nationwide; it promotes patriotism, solidarity and the aspiration for development, and spreads the message of a healthy, green and sustainably developing Vietnam. It is also an activity celebrating the 81st anniversary of the success of the August Revolution (19/8/1945 - 19/8/2026), the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (2/9/1945 - 2/9/2026), the 81st anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security (19/8/1945 - 19/8/2026) and the 21st anniversary of the All-People Day for National Security Protection (19/8/2005 - 19/8/2026); at the same time it responds to the programme “9 days - 9 milestones”, creating a vibrant and joyful emulation spirit among cadres and the People in the ward./.
