
The contest is open to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers; the armed forces; union members and association members; teachers and students; and organisations, individuals and members of the public with works reflecting the homeland and people of Loc Ninh. Each author may submit a maximum of 05 single photographs.
The content of the works should focus on the landscape, history and culture; beautiful moments in work, study and daily life; examples of good people and good deeds; social welfare activities; images celebrating the 2 September National Day; and new, creative perspectives on the development of Loc Ninh Ward.
Deadline for submission: until 17:00 on 5 September 2026. Works are submitted online via the link or the QR code for receiving entries provided by the Contest Organising Board.
The People's Committee of Loc Ninh Ward calls on agencies, units, educational institutions, quarter management boards and the People to actively respond to and take part in the contest; and to help spread beautiful images, beautiful people and beautiful deeds and promote the image of the Loc Ninh homeland to the wider community.
