The People's Committee of Loc Ninh Ward is implementing the 100-day campaign to create and update Electronic Health Records on the VNeID application through the interconnection of health check-up and medical examination and treatment data in the ward in 2026.
The campaign aims for 100% of residents to have their Electronic Health Records reviewed, created and updated, contributing to building a personal health database and improving the effectiveness of health management and care for the People.
The implementation period runs until 15 October 2026, with health check-ups focused from August to 30 September 2026.
During the campaign, the ward People's Committee will synchronously carry out the tasks of collecting, standardising, updating and transmitting residents' health check-up and medical examination and treatment data to the Ministry of Health's health data portal as prescribed. Thereby, a personal health database will gradually be formed and Electronic Health Records created and updated on the VNeID application, working towards ensuring that every resident has an Electronic Health Record. At the same time, data will be reviewed, standardised, cross-checked and cleaned to ensure that information is updated fully, accurately and promptly; and communication and guidance will be strengthened so that residents use their Electronic Health Records on VNeID in medical examination and treatment and health management.
